The invention discloses a passive house construction control method. The passive house construction control method comprises the following steps of S1, sticking a heat insulation layer on the inner layer of an outer wall in a point frame manner, and sticking the heat insulation layer on the outer layer of the outer wall in a staggered joint manner with the inner layer; S2, hanging one more layer of network cloth at the four corners of a window frame, pouring anti-crack mortar around the window frame through pouring equipment, and mounting corner protection strips at the internal and external corners of the window frame; and S3, leveling the wall base and the wall surface, and mounting and sticking the first layer of waterproof insulation board on the wall base and the wall surface in a "point frame" mode. According to the passive house construction control method, thermal insulation treatment can be carried out on the wall body of a thermal insulation area at the bottommost layer of abuilding, high-strength thermal insulation bricks are used for avoiding a thermal bridge of the wall body, and waterproof layer treatment is adopted on the upper part and the lower part of a concretebottom plate; and the effects of five aspects are maximized: good external thermal insulation of the external wall; high performance transparent maintenance structure; design without the thermal bridge; good air tightness; fresh air and hot air recovery system.
本发明公开了一种被动房施工控制方法,所述被动房施工控制方法包括以下步骤:S1外墙的内层采用点框式粘贴保温层,外墙的外层采用与内层错缝的方式粘贴保温层;S2窗框的四角多挂一层网络布,通过浇筑设备将抗裂砂浆浇筑在窗框四周,将护角条安装在窗框的阴阳角部位;S3将墙基墙面找平,将第一层防水保温板采用“点框式”安装粘贴在墙基墙面上,此方法可为建筑最底层的保温区域墙体做热隔断处理,利用高强度的保温砖来避免墙体热桥的产生,在混凝土底板上和底板下采用防水层处理;实现五个方面的效果最大化:良好的外墙外保温;高性能的透明维护结构;无热桥设计;良好的气密性;新风热风回收系统。
