Passive house construction process
The invention provides a passive house construction process which comprises the following steps: S1) constructing a double-layer super-thick roof thermal insulation layer of a structural body by a dry method, selecting a graphite polystyrene board in a double-layer staggered joint dry construction mode, selecting a coiled material hot melting method for construction on an upper layer, and selecting a self-adhesion coiled material for self-adhesion construction on a lower layer; s2, heat preservation of the first-layer outer wall; for the plinth and the house center, after waterproof coiled materials are laid on a base layer, extruded polystyrene boards are constructed in a layered and staggered mode, and gaps are bonded through polystyrene foam or filled with the extruded polystyrene boards; for a basement core tube, rock wool boards are pasted in a double-layer staggered joint mode, and heat bridge breaking anchor bolts are used for fixing; (3) heat preservation of the pipeline penetrating through the wall face of the passive strong area is conducted, specifically, the reserved hole larger than the set space is filled with a finished product polyurethane foaming shell with a clamping groove in a spliced mode, and meanwhile a waterproof vapor-proof film and a waterproof breathable film are arranged on the indoor side and the outdoor side respectively; and 4) passive door and window installation: pasting a waterproof vapor-proof film on a main frame of the door and window in a mode of opening first, then closing on two sides and finally closing on the upper part.
本发明提供了被动房施工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1)干法施工结构体的双层超厚屋面保温层,选用石墨聚苯板以双层错缝干法施工的方式,上层选用卷材热熔法施工,下层选用自粘卷材自粘施工;S2)首层外墙的保温;针对勒脚以及房心处,基层铺设防水卷材后,分层错缝施工挤塑聚苯板,缝隙处采用发泡胶黏接或挤塑聚苯板填充;针对地下室核心筒,采用岩棉板双层错缝粘贴,利用断热桥锚栓固定;3)穿被动强区域墙面管道的保温:在大于设定空间的预留孔内,通过带卡槽成品聚氨酯发泡壳拼接填充,同时室内侧和室外侧分别设置防水隔汽膜以及防水透气膜;4)被动门窗安装:通过先下口再两侧最后上部收尾的方式,将防水隔汽膜粘贴门窗的主框上。
