An embodiment of the invention discloses a construction method of a thermal insulation concrete wall. The construction method comprises steps as follows: S1, preparation of a prefabricated material: 5-18 parts by mass of mixed polymer emulsion, 0.3-5 parts by mass of a foaming agent, 0.2-1.5 parts by mass of a fiber expanding agent and 4-12 parts by mass of an extender are mixed and uniformly stirred to obtain the prefabricated material; S2, preparation of concrete: 200-300 parts by mass of cement, 130-170 parts by mass of fly ash, 400-550 parts by mass of lightweight aggregate, 18-32 parts bymass of the prefabricated material, 35-100 parts by mass of diatomite, 24-50 parts by mass of regenerated plastic particles, 3-8 parts by mass of ceramsite and 100-130 parts by mass of water are mixed and stirred uniformly; S3, pouring of concrete into a well-built cast-in-situ frame. According to the construction method of the thermal insulation concrete wall, the wall and wall pillars preparedfrom the concrete can effectively prevent transferring of heat, so that good thermal insulation performance is obtained.
