The invention discloses an electric screwing device for a steel bar splicing sleeve. The sleeve aims to provide a steel bar splicing tool capable of realizing connection of a steel bar mesh cage. Thedevice comprises a motor, a gear reducer and a rotary chuck; the gear reducer (2) is composed of a driving gear (2-1) and two idle wheels (2-2) which are installed in a gear box, and positioning roundholes (2-6) with notches (2-5) are formed in the gear box; the rotary chuck (1) is composed of an open gear (1-2) with wedge-shaped grooves (1-4) and rollers (1-3) located in the wedge-shaped grooves(1-4) and installed on a retainer, wherein the retainer is composed of C-shaped plates (1-1) fixed to the two end faces of the open gear (1-2), and mandrels of the rollers (1-3) stretch into corresponding guide grooves (1-5); the rotary chuck (1) is positioned in the two positioning circular holes (2-6) through the outer cylindrical surface of the retainer, and the open gear (1-2) meshes with thetwo idle wheels (2-2); and the motor (7) is connected with the driving gear (2-1).
