Novel automatic reinforcement sleeve screwing method
The invention discloses a novel automatic reinforcement sleeve screwing method, which comprises the following steps: selecting a chuck and a fixing structure according to a reinforcement sleeve and a reinforcement; starting a separation rolling shaft to enable an independent peripheral structure to rotate around the whole rolling shaft, and pulling out a pin shaft, punching the pin shaft structure to enable the separation part of the fixed structure to rotate around a fixed rolling shaft; placing the reinforcement sleeve and the reinforcement in a sleeve fastening system and an equipment fixing structure respectively, and inserting the pin shaft; turning on an equipment power supply, controlling a hydraulic clamping device, enabling an oil pressure telescopic device to stretch out and draw back in place, and enabling the chuck to stiffen the reinforcement sleeve; setting parameters through keys; and turning on a switch to enable a power system to start to work and drive a transmission gear to move, then driving a tooth opening of a sliding piece to move through the transmission gear so as to screw the reinforcement sleeve. The output torque can be accurately controlled and monitored, so that the connection quality of the reinforcement sleeve is ensured.
