The invention discloses a prestressed steel strand reinforced concrete beam structure which is characterized in that a steel beam is arranged below a concrete beam, the steel beam is a steel channel,a main bar of the concrete beam is welded to the steel beam, a central bearing point steel strand is arranged in a midspan position of the concrete beam, the central bearing point steel strand is located in the middle of the section of the concrete beam, a steel anchored hoop connected to the central bearing point steel strand is arranged in a position 600-700 mm above a concrete floorslab, the concrete beam is provided with side bearing point steel strands in a 1/4 position and a 3/4 position along a span direction, the side bearing point steel strands penetrating a pre-penetrated hole and areserved hole of the concrete floorslab are fixed to the steel anchored hoop, and the steel anchored hoop connected to the side bearing point steel strands is arranged in a position 300-400 mm above the concrete floorslab.
