The invention discloses a prestressed reinforced concrete beam type structure. The prestressed reinforced concrete beam type structure comprises a horizontal top plate, a vertical beam, a pre-buried steel plate, two reinforcing steel ribs and a hoisting ring, wherein the horizontal top plate comprises a beam plate and a connecting plate; the beam plate comprises anchor bars, a plurality of distribution bars, a plurality of stress bars and a concrete body; the plurality of distribution bars are arranged in the radial direction; the plurality of stress bars are arranged on the upper sides of the distribution bars and are arranged in the radial direction; the anchor bars are arranged on the inner side of the concrete body in the vertical direction and are arranged on the lower side of the pre-buried steel plate; and the concrete body covers the peripheral sides of the plurality of distribution bars and the plurality of stress bars and is clamped with the connecting plate. On the basis of the prior art, the structure of the prestressed reinforced concrete beam type structure is improved and the beam plate is improved; the distribution bars and the stress bars are matched so that the beam plate has relatively good structural stability; and the reinforcing steel ribs are additionally arranged so that the stability of the beam plate is further improved, and furthermore, a karst cave foundation pit can be reinforced and the problems of collapse and sedimentation of a roadbed are solved.
