The invention relates to a shared bicycle parking and taking tank which comprises an underground bicycle storage tank and a bicycle parking and storage station. The underground bicycle storage tank isarranged under a road of a bicycle lane; a standby tank bin, a bicycle storage tank bin, a bicycle storage well bin and a bicycle taking well bin are arranged in an inner cavity of a tank body; bicycle station conveyors are arranged in the bicycle storage well bin and the bicycle taking well bin; the bicycle parking and storage station is an elongated tank; wheel clamping grooves and bicycle positioning clamps are arranged on the top face of the elongated tank; a tank station transverse-moving machine, a random battery and a charging positioner are arranged in the tank; and tank station rolling wheels are arranged on the bottom part of the tank. According to the shared bicycle parking and taking tank provided by the embodiment of the invention, shared bicycles are parked in an undergroundidle space, and people can quickly park and take the bicycles from two sides of the road, so that citizens can travel by bicycles conveniently, and the problems that the shared bicycles are parked illegally and affect the traffic are further solved.
