The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a reinforced concrete silo top ring beam. The construction method comprises the following steps that after a slip form platform slides to the top of the slip form platform from a preset distance below a haunched section of the silo top ring beam and is flush with the top of the haunchedsection of the silo top ring beam, a slip form formwork of an outer slip form platform is removed; a silo wall top section formwork and a silo top ring beam haunching section formwork are installed,and then hanging bars are tied between supporting rods and the outer side slip form platform; concrete of the silo wall top section and concrete of the silo top ring beam haunching section are poured;a slip form formwork of an inner side slip form platform is dismantled, and hanging bars are tied between the supporting rods and the inner side slip form platform; then a jack and a lifting frame ina silo slip form system are dismantled; and the construction process of the upper silo top ring beam is continued. Therefore, an existing slip form platform is used for transformation, a new formworksystem and an operation platform can be formed, and compared with the prior art, the construction method is more convenient, efficient and high in construction safety.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢筋混凝土筒仓仓顶环梁的施工方法,通过将滑模平台从筒仓仓顶环梁加腋段下方预定距离处空滑至滑模平台的顶部与仓顶环梁加腋段的顶部齐平后,拆除外侧滑模平台的滑模模板,并安装筒仓仓壁顶部段模板和筒仓仓顶环梁加腋段模板,然后于支撑杆和外侧滑模平台之间拉结吊筋;并在浇筑筒仓仓壁顶部段和筒仓仓顶环梁加腋段的混凝土后;拆除内侧滑模平台的滑模模板,并于支撑杆和内侧滑模平台之间拉结吊筋;之后拆除筒仓滑模系统中的千斤顶和提升架;继续进行上部仓顶环梁的施工工艺。从而使用现有的滑模平台进行改造,即可形成新的模板系统和操作平台,比现有技术更便捷,更高效,且施工安全性高。
