Heat can be dissipated faster, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, the evaporationof rainwater is used for cooling cooling-liquid, the cooling speed is improved, the cooling efficiency is improved, the normal operation of the generator is ensured, the value in use of rainwater isimproved, the cooling liquid is cooled through an air cooling method, and good practicability is achieved.
