A power generation mechanism and a liquid storage mechanism are included, the liquid storage mechanism is arranged at the leeward end of the power generation mechanism, the liquid storage mechanism comprises a liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank is connected with the power generation mechanism, a liquid discharging pipe is arranged at the top end of the liquid storage tank, a rainwater collecting hopper is installed at the top end of the liquid discharging pipe, and a filter screen is arranged in the rainwater collecting hopper; a water cooling mechanism comprises a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, a submerged circulating pump is arranged in the liquid storage tank, the water inlet pipe is connected with a water outlet of the submerged circulating pump, the water outlet pipe is communicated with the liquid storage tank, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected with a cooling element, and a water flow heat exchange channel is arranged in the cooling element; and one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with the liquid storage tank, and a water level control mechanism is arranged in the liquid storage tank, so that the power generator can be cooled, the cooling effect is better and ideal, water resources are saved, use is convenient, rainwater in the liquid storage tank can be drained conveniently, and the rainwater can be collected again conveniently.
