Super-early-strength high-efficiency water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a super-early-strength high-efficiency water reducing agent which is composed of early-strength coagulation accelerating components, a water reducing component and auxiliary components, and the super-early-strength high-efficiency water reducing agent is prepared by mixing the components and then stirring and fully dissolving the components at a certain temperature. The water reducing agent comprises, by weight, the early-strength coagulation accelerating components which comprise 7.5 percent to 15.0 percent of aluminum sulfate, 0.5 percent to 3.0 percent of sodium sulfate, 0.5 percent to 1.8 percent of sodium fluoride, 2.5 percent to 7.5 percent of calcium formate and 1.5 percent to 3.5 percent of N-methyldiethanolamine; the water reducing component that is 75.0%-85.0% of a water reducing agent; and the auxiliary components comprising 0.02%-0.15% of a defoaming agent and 0.1%-0.2% of a rheology modifier. No chlorine salt component harmful to steel bar corrosionis added; the aluminum sulfate, the sodium sulfate and the sodium fluoride are adopted for adjusting the setting time, the early strength of the concrete is improved through the combination of the calcium formate and the N-methyldiethanolamine, and the later strength is not reduced. The super-early-strength high-efficiency water reducing agent comprises the early-strength coagulation acceleratingcomponents, the water reducing enhancing component and the auxiliary components. The super-early-strength high-efficiency water reducing agent is suitable for concrete engineering and prefabricated parts with early strength requirements. The preparation method is simple, low in cost and wide in application market.
