Prefabricated phosphogypsum floor heating module and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and discloses a prefabricated ardealite floor heating module and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises (1)a step of first-stage maintenance, namely a step of taking a mold, paving expanded perlite powder in the mold, preheating, then pouring a uniformly-mixed base layer material into the mold, and curingfor 2-3 h; (2) a step of second-stage maintenance, namely a step of pouring starch into the mold, then pouring a uniformly mixed thermal insulation layer material, and curing for 1.5-2 hours; (3) a step of third-stage maintenance, namely a step of pouring a uniformly mixed heat transfer layer material into the mold, curing for 1-2 hours, pressing to form a groove for assembling a heat transfer part, continuously curing for 2.2-2.8 hours, cooling to room temperature, and demolding to obtain a semi-finished product; and (4) a calcining step, namely a step of calcining the demolded semi-finishedproduct for 30-45 minutes at 200-300 DEG C. The floor heating module disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation and fire prevention, is good in mechanical property and long in service lifetime, relieves the accumulation problem of industrial solid wastes, and is easy to construct.
本发明属于建材技术领域,一种预制磷石膏地暖模块及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)第一阶段养护:取模具,在模具内铺设膨胀珍珠岩粉,预热,再向模具内倒入混匀的基层材料养护2‑3h;(2)第二阶段养护:向模具内倒入淀粉,再倒入混匀的保温层材料养护1.5‑2h;(3)第三阶段养护:向模具内倒入混匀的传热层材料养护1‑2h后,压制出装配传热部件的凹槽,继续养护2.2‑2.8h,冷却至室温后脱模,得半成品;(4)煅烧:将脱模后的半成品置于200‑300℃条件下煅烧30‑45min即得,本发明的地暖模块具有轻质、保温、隔音、防火的特点,其力学性能好,使用寿命长,缓解了工业固废的堆积问题,易于施工。
