The prefabricated groove floor heating module comprises a heat preservation layer, hasp structures are arranged on the two opposite sides of the heat preservation layer, the hasp structures on the two connected prefabricated groove floor heating modules can be embedded in a concave-convex mode, and a closed cavity is formed after the hasp structures are embedded; a plastic support is arranged in the heat preservation layer and comprises a plurality of supporting columns which are arranged in a rectangular array mode, the height of the supporting columns is the same as the thickness of the heat preservation layer, each supporting column is of a hollow column structure with the top end closed and the bottom end open, and the supporting columns are connected into a whole through connecting pieces. The support is additionally arranged in the heat preservation layer, the multiple supporting columns arranged in the rectangular array form multi-point supporting on the heat preservation layer, the anti-pressure capacity of the floor heating module is improved, and the situation that the floor heating module is sunken and damaged after being pressed is avoided. In addition, the interior of the supporting column is of a hollow structure, a plurality of hollow breakpoints are formed in the heat preservation layer, and the heat conduction performance of gas is lower than that of solid, so that the heat preservation performance of the floor heating module is improved.
本发明公开了一种预制沟槽地暖模块,包括保温层,保温层相对的两侧设有搭扣结构,相接的两预制沟槽地暖模块上的搭扣结构能够凹凸嵌合,且嵌合后形成有封闭的空腔;于保温层内设有塑料材质的支架,支架包括多个支撑柱,呈矩形阵列布置,支撑柱的高度与保温层的厚度相同,所述支撑柱为顶端封闭、底端开口的空心柱体结构,多个支撑柱之间通过连接件连接为一体。在保温层内增设支架,多个呈矩形阵列布置的支撑柱在保温层上形成多点支撑,提高了地暖模块的抗压能力,避免了地暖模块受压后凹陷、损坏。另外,支撑柱内部为空心结构,在保温层内形成了多个空心的断点,由于气体的导热性能低于固体,因此还提高了地暖模块的保温性能。
