Special binder for microcrystalline glass
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a special binder for microcrystalline glass. The special binder for the microcrystalline glass comprises alpha-type high-strength gypsum, tailing sand and a volume stabilizer, wherein the alpha-type high-strength gypsum is prepared by dissolving and recrystallizing industrial byproduct gypsum in a saturated steam medium; the volume stabilizer is a mixture of a swelling reducing agent and a shrinkage reducing agent; the swelling reducing agent is tartaric acid; the shrinkage reducing agent is II type anhydrous anhydrite;the mass ratio of the alpha-type high-strength gypsum to the tailing sand to the volume stabilizer is (30-50):(50-70):(1-3). The special binder for the microcrystalline glass is neutral in pH value,has good compatibility with the microcrystalline glass, and is particularly suitable for masonry and bonding of the microcrystalline glass. Compared with binders in the prior art, the special binder is high in strength development speed, high in construction efficiency, high in bonding strength, not prone to falling off, good in size stability and not prone to hollowing. The cost is lower.
