The invention discloses microcrystalline glass which is prepared from the following main components in raw materials: 43 percent to 49.8 percent of SiO2, 10.2 percent to 16 percent of Al2O3, 5.5 percent to 9.9 percent of CaO, 1.2 percent to 9.8 percent of MgO, 3.1 percent to 6.5 percent of Na2O, 2.3 percent to 7.7 percent of K2O, 4.2 percent to 8.8 percent of BaO, 4.5 percent to 10 percent of ZnO, 0.2 percent to 2 percent of Sb2O3, 0.8 percent to 8 percent of nitrate, 0.3 percent to 1.8 percent of P2O5, 0.2 percent to 1.5 percent of ZrO2, 0.1 percent to 0.7 percent of fluoride and 0.7 percent to 3.5 percent of TiO2. The microcrystalline glass is prepared from the tantalum-niobium tailings, blind mining of natural stones can be greatly reduced, the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the tantalum-niobium tailings is improved, and waste is turned into wealth. The microcrystalline glass is few in bubbles and high in strength, and the yield and the finished product quality are greatly improved; and idle tantalum-niobium tailings are utilized in production so that resources are saved.
本发明公开了一种微晶玻璃,其原料中含有以下主要成分:SiO2 43%‑49.8%,Al2O310.2%‑16%,CaO 5.5%‑9.9%,MgO 1.2%‑9.8%,Na2O 3.1%‑6.5%,K2O 2.3%‑7.7%,BaO4.2%‑8.8%,ZnO 4.5%‑10%,Sb2O3 0.2%‑2%,硝酸盐0.8%‑8%,P2O5 0.3%‑1.8%,ZrO20.2%‑1.5%,氟化物0.1%‑0.7%,TiO2 0.7%‑3.5%。本发明的微晶玻璃采用钽铌尾矿制备,可以大幅度减少对天然石材的盲目开采,提高钽铌尾矿的综合利用效率,变废为宝。本发明的微晶玻璃气泡少、强度高,成品率和成品质量都有了大幅度的提升;而且生产本身利用了闲置的钽铌尾矿,节约了资源。
