The invention provides a preparation method of a casting ladle for casting, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials: sequentially putting the raw materials used by the castingladle into a stirrer, mixing and stirring, adding 15% of water, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution for later use; S2, pouring the mixed solution into a vacuum pug mill for marking to obtain a straight barrel, a casting ladle opening and an arc-shaped bent pipe for later use; and S3, putting the straight barrel, the casting ladle opening and the bent pipe with the arc shape into a metal mold tobe formed, shaping the formed straight barrel, the casting ladle opening and the bent pipe with the arc shape to obtain a semi-finished product. The formed casting ladle opening extends out of the top of the straight barrel, one end of the bent pipe with the arc shape communicates with the straight barrel, and the other end communicates with the casting ladle opening. The method has the advantages that the arc-shaped bent pipe can flow back a solution which is not discharged from the casting ladle opening, so that liquid attached to the end part of the casting ladle opening is prevented fromdripping, resources can be saved, and dangers caused by dripping of the liquid in the casting ladle opening are avoided.
本发明提供了一种铸造用浇包的制备方法，S1、原料制备，将浇包所用原材料依次放入搅拌机中进行混合搅拌，再加入15％的水进行混合得到混合液，备用；S2、将混合液倒入真空练泥机中进行标制工作，得到直桶、浇包口和弧型弯管备用；S3、将直桶、浇包口和带弧型的弯管放入金属模具中进行成型，将成型后直桶、浇包口和带弧型弯管进行整型，得到半成品，成型后的浇包口伸出直桶顶部，弧型弯管一端连通直桶，另一端连通浇包口。本发明优点在于，弧形弯管可对于浇包口中未排出的溶液进行回流，避免附着在浇包口端部的液体滴落，一方面可节约资源，另一方面避免浇包口内部液体滴落产生危险。
