Polycarboxylate-type water-reducing mother solution and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a polycarboxylate-type water-reducing mother solution and a preparation method thereof. The water-reducing mother solution is prepared from the following raw materials: five-carbon polyether, isomeric ester, unsaturated carboxylic acid, an initiator, a catalyst, an adhesive, a reducing agent and water. Isomeric ester is creatively introduced into the polycarboxylate-type water-reducing mother solution to serve as an active monomer; the space structure of polycarboxylic acid molecules is effectively improved; besides, ester groups in the molecular structure of the isomeric ester can be hydrolyzed and slowly released to a certain extent; when the water-reducing mother solution is applied to concrete, the water reducing performance of concrete can be effectively improved, the slump retaining performance and the adaptability of the concrete can also be effectively improved, i.e. the workability of the concrete is effectively improved; meanwhile, the reaction efficiency of the five-carbon polyether and the unsaturated carboxylic acid can be improved, and with the same raw materials, the same production process and the same target performance, the use amount of thefive-carbon polyether can be reduced, the cost can be effectively reduced, and the hidden waste caused by the resource loss can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种聚羧酸系减水母液及其制备方法,所述减水母液的制备原料包括五碳聚醚、异构酯、不饱和羧酸、引发剂、催化剂、粘合剂、还原剂和水。本发明所述聚羧酸系减水母液创造性地引入异构酯作为活性单体,有效改善了聚羧酸分子的空间结构,另外,异构酯分子结构中的酯基可以进行一定程度的水解缓释,当其应用于混凝土中时,一方面可以有效提高混凝土的减水性能,另一方面还能有效提高混凝土的保坍性能和适应性,即有效提升了混凝土的和易性能,同时,异构酯的加入还可以提升五碳聚醚和不饱和羧酸的反应效率,在相同的原材料、生产工艺与目标性能下,可以减少五碳聚醚的使用量,有效降低成本,减少资源损耗造成的隐性浪费。
