Rubber vibration isolator
The invention relates to a rubber vibration isolator. The vibration isolator comprises a gasket, a composite rubber vibration isolation element, an outer sleeve and a cover plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the cover plate is composed of an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate and a supporting piece arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate, a plurality of bolt connecting pieces are arranged on the upper cover plate, the outer sleeve is a sleeve with a top cover and an open bottom, the outer sleeve is buckled on the composite rubber vibration isolation element, and the top cover is connected to the lower cover plate in a vulcanization mode. Compared with the prior art, the vibration isolator is high in vibration isolation efficiency, long inservice life, simple in structure and easy to disassemble, assemble and replace.
本发明涉及一种橡胶隔振器,包括从下到上依次设置的衬垫、复合式橡胶隔振元件、外套筒和盖板,盖板由一上一下设置的上盖板和下盖板以及设置于上盖板和下盖板之间的支撑件组成,且上盖板上设有多个螺栓连接件,所述的外套筒为一具有顶盖且底部敞口的套筒,扣设于复合式橡胶隔振元件上,且顶盖与下盖板硫化连接。与现有技术相比,本发明隔振效率高、使用寿命长,且结构简单、易于拆装更换。
