The vibration isolator inner sleeve is characterized in that an inner sleeve base is composed of an inner bottom plate, a lower pipe and a spring lower blocking pipe, the spring lower blocking pipe of the inner sleeve base is of a hollow structure and is filled with solid dampingmaterials, and the solid damping materials are selected from two of butyl, polyvinyl chloride and epoxy resin and are mixed according to the weight part ratio of 1: 1. Compared with a traditional steel spring vibration isolator, the damping structure is good in integrity and good in energy absorption effect. The static rigidity of the rubber spring can be adjusted through a formula and the numberof cord fabric layers, and the flexibility is higher.
