The invention provides plastic runway primer laying equipment. The plastic runway primer laying equipment comprises an equipment body, wherein a first stirring cavity is formed in the equipment body,a second stirring cavity is formed in the right side of the first stirring cavity, a conveying cavity is formed in the lower side of the second stirring cavity, a first transmission cavity is formed in the upper side of the first stirring cavity, and a second transmission cavity communicating with the first transmission cavity is formed in the right side of the first transmission cavity. The equipment is simple and convenient to operate and low in manufacturing cost; a stirring barrel and a first stirring rod rotate in different directions so as to realize stirring of a primer raw material inthe stirring barrel; primer on the inner wall is scraped off through a scraping plate, so waste is prevented; the upper surface of laid primer can be trowelled through the upper side wall of a troweling groove; and an anti-skid particle solution in the first stirring cavity can be sprayed to the surface of the laid primer through sliding fit of a push block and the inner wall of a compression cavity.
