The average rotating speed of each wheel is fed back to the booster pump, so that the booster pump controls the amount of the plastic raw materials sprayed by the material sprayer in real time through the rotating speed feedback, and the amount of the plastic raw materials sprayed by the material sprayer can be adjusted according to the real-time speed of pushing the fixed trolley plate by an operator; and therefore, the spraying amount of the plastic raw materials in the same mounting area is kept constant, and the mounting accuracy of the plastic runway is ensured under the action of quantitative and uniform spraying.
