Mounting method for girder of suspension bridge
The invention provides a mounting method for a girder of a suspension bridge. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, installing an end girder section, mounting a beam moving rail at the bottom of the end girder section, then vertically hoisting an assembled beam section to the bottom of the installed girder section and to be connected with the beam moving rail arranged at the bottom ofthe installed girder section, longitudinally moving the beam section to the end of the installed girder section through the beam moving rail, then connecting the beam section with the installed girder section after being swung, moved and hoisted to the installation position, installing the beam moving rail at the bottom of the beam section to extend the beam moving rail, and repeating the above processes to install the next beam section until all the beam sections are installed. The hoisting beam sections are assembled on the ground, so the aerial work amount is small, and safety is high. Theground assembly efficiency is higher than the high-altitude suspension assembly efficiency, and the construction period is short. Compared with a cable crane scheme, the construction cost is low. Compared with a rail cable sliding method, the method of the invention has the following advantages: the use cost is low, the installation of the rail cable sliding equipment occupies a long main line construction period, the installation time of the cable-crossing crane is short, the main line construction period occupies less time, and the construction period advantage is obvious.
