Prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile capable of being connected and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile capable of being connected and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile comprises two semicircular steel column shells, a cylindrical concrete pipe, at least one connecting piece and two end plates. One side edge of each semicircular steel column shell is bent inwards by 90 degrees, extends, is bent inwards by 90 degrees again and extends to form an L-shaped connecting part, and the other side edge of each semicircular steel column shell is bent inwards by 90 degrees, extends, is bentoutwards by 90 degrees twice and extends to from a hook-shaped connecting part which can be used for embedding the L-shaped connecting part. The hook-shaped connecting parts and the L-shaped connecting parts are mutually embedded in L-shaped slots, and two the L-shaped slots with outward openings are centrally symmetrically formed in the two sides of the two connected semicircular steel column shells. The concrete pipe is arranged in an approximately circular steel pipe formed by the two semicircular steel column shells. Each connecting piece is in a Z shape, and the shape of the section of one side of each connecting piece is matched with that of the corresponding L-shaped slot. The two sides of each connecting piece are inserted into the L-shaped slots in the opposite sides of two prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe piles respectively. The two end plates are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile respectively, and L-shaped slotted holes matchedwith flange plates on one sides of the connecting pieces are centrally symmetrically formed in the two sides of the end plates to allow the flange plates on one sides of the connecting pieces to penetrate.

The invention relates to a prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile capable of being connected and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated steel pipe concrete pipe pile comprises two semicircular steel column shells, a cylindrical concrete pipe, at least one connecting piece and two end plates. One side edge of each semicircular steel column shell is bent inwards by 90 degrees, extends, is bent inwards by 90 degrees again and extends to form an L-shaped connecting part, and the other side edge of each semicircular steel column shell is bent inwards by 90 degrees, extends, is bentoutwards by 90 degrees twice and extends to from a hook-shaped connecting part which can be used for embedding the L-shaped connecting part.
