Pier prefabricated steel pipe, prefabricated steel pipe concrete combined pier and manufacturing method
The invention relates to a pier prefabricated steel pipe, a prefabricated steel pipe concrete combined pier and a manufacturing method, which belong to the technical field of fabricated bridges. The prefabricated steel pipe comprises a steel pipe body, the steel pipe body comprises a pier column part and a bent cap part and further comprises a reinforced rib plate arranged in the steel pipe body in a penetrating mode, the pier column part is arranged in the supporting direction of a pier, one end of the pier column part is connected with the bent cap part, the pier column part is communicatedwith the bent cap part, and a grouting hole used for grouting is formed in one side of the steel pipe body. The combined pier comprises the prefabricated steel pipe, and the steel pipe body of the prefabricated steel pipe is filled with concrete. The manufacturing method of the combined pier provides the prefabricated steel pipe and comprises the following steps that concrete is injected into thesteel pipe body through the grouting hole, vibration is conducted in the concrete injection process, and the concrete is solidified and formed in the steel pipe body. Seams at joints are avoided, thestructural integrity is good, and the strength is high; and the structure is simple, manufacturing is easy, and concrete consumption is reduced.
本发明涉及一种桥墩预制钢管、预制钢管混凝土组合桥墩及制作方法,属于装配式桥梁技术领域。预制钢管包括钢管本体,钢管本体包括墩柱部及盖梁部,还包括贯通设置在钢管本体内的加筋肋板,墩柱部沿桥墩的支撑方向设置,墩柱部的一端连接在盖梁部上,墩柱部与盖梁部连通,钢管本体的一侧上设置有用于灌浆的灌浆孔。组合桥墩,包括上述的预制钢管,预制钢管的钢管本体内填充有混凝土。组合桥墩的制作方法,提供上述的预制钢管,包括如下步骤:通过灌浆孔向钢管本体内注入混凝土,混凝土注入过程中进行振捣,混凝土在钢管本体内凝固成形。本发明避免了节点处接缝的出现,结构的整体性良好,强度高;结构简单,制作容易,减少混凝土的用量。
