Hydraulic cylinder monitoring device, excavator and method
The invention provides a hydraulic cylinder monitoring device, an excavator and a method, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic cylinder monitoring device comprises multiple displacement sensors and a controller. The displacement sensors are installed on the side edges of front sleeves of hydraulic cylinders. The displacement sensors are used to acquire movement displacement data of piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders and send the movement displacement data to the controller. The identifications of the hydraulic cylinders are carried by the movement displacement data. The controller is used to receive the movement displacement data. The movement displacement data are converted into the movement rates to the hydraulic cylinders by adopting a preset algorithm. By adjusting the installation positions of the displacement sensors and utilizing the displacement data to calculate the movement rates of the hydraulic cylinders, the problem that during monitoring on the movement rates of hydraulic cylinders in the prior art, monitoring is prone to being affected by the actual working conditions is solved, and the accuracy of monitoring on the movement rates of the hydraulic cylinders is improved.
