The invention relates to a water inflow structure of a pump station. The water inflow structure comprises a water inflow device and a booster pump set. The water inflow device comprises a water inflowpipeline, an electromagnetic valve, a one-way valve and a filter assembly. The electromagnetic valve, the one-way valve and the filter assembly are sequentially mounted on the water inflow pipeline in the length direction of the water inflow pipeline, one end of the water inflow pipeline penetrates out of a pump room and is connected with a water source, the other end of the water inflow pipelineis connected with a disinfecting assembly, and the water outflow end portion of the disinfecting assembly is connected with the booster pump set. Water is filtered, disinfected and purified in sequence, the content of impurities or harmful substances in the water is reduced, then the water is boosted through the booster pump set, and therefore the water can have enough power to be conveyed into homes of high-rise users; and the water is boosted after being treated, on one hand, in the water treatment process, the water pressure is low, the water flow rate is small, water treatment can be carried out in sufficient time, and on the other hand, the content of the impurities, attached into the booster pump set, in the water can be reduced, and the probability that the booster pump set fails is reduced.
