RAINWATER INFLOW AMOUNT PREDICTION APPARATUS, RAINWATER INFLOW AMOUNT PREDICTION METHOD, COMPUTER PROGRAM, RAINWATER PUMP CONTROL SYSTEM, AND RAINWATER PUMP STATION SYSTEM
To provide a rainwater inflow amount prediction apparatus capable of lowering a risk of flooding and reducing the number of pump starts and stops in a rainwater pump dynamic control by predicting a rainwater inflow amount to a rainwater pump station with high prediction accuracy.SOLUTION: A rainwater inflow amount prediction apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a start time acquisition section that acquires a start time of a rainwater drainage pump at a rainwater pump station; a water level acquisition section that acquires water levels of drainage in a drain pipe from plural water level gauges provided in a flowing-down direction of the drain pipe; a water level information output section that outputs, based on the water levels acquired by the water level acquisition section, flow amounts of drainage, arrival times taken until the drainage reach the rainwater pump station in association with the respective water level gauges; and an inflow amount output section that identifies a water level gauge among the plural water level gauges, where the arrival time is equivalent to the start time acquired by the start time acquisition section, and outputs a flow amount outputted based on the water level acquired from the identified water level gauge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】予測精度の高い雨水ポンプ所への雨水流入量予測を行うことにより、雨水ポンプダイナミック制御において浸水リスクやポンプの起動停止回数を低減することができる雨水流入量予測装置を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る雨水流入量予測装置は、雨水ポンプ所における雨水排水ポンプの起動時間を取得する起動時間取得部と、下水管の流下方向に沿って設置された複数の水位計から、下水管内の下水の水位を取得する水位取得部と、水位取得部で取得された水位に基づいて、下水の流量及び下水が雨水ポンプ所に到達するまでの到達時間をそれぞれの水位計に対応づけて出力する水位情報出力部と、起動時間取得部で取得された起動時間と同等の到達時間である水位計を複数の水位計から特定し、特定された水位計から取得された水位に基づいて出力された流量を出力する流入量出力部と、を備える。【選択図】 図2
