Multi-layer sound absorption floor, manufacturing method thereof and composite floor rolling machine
A multi-layer sound absorption floor sequentially comprises a base material layer, a sound absorption layer and a top decoration layer from bottom to top. A composite floor rolling machine comprises arubber roller and a steel roller arranged in parallel, a cross beam parallel to the side, away from the steel roller, of the rubber roller, and at least one abutting unit arranged on the cross beam.The abutting unit comprises two adjustable air cylinders arranged on the cross beam at an interval, upper bearings connected with the output ends of the adjustable air cylinders, and a supporting roller, wherein the two ends of the supporting roller penetrate through the two upper bearings respectively, and the supporting roller abuts against the side, away from the steel roller, of the rubber roller. The rubber roller comprises a rigid roller core and a rubber sleeve wrapping the rigid roller core, the rubber sleeve protrudes outwards along the middle of the length direction to form an extruding part, and the outer diameter of the rubber sleeve is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends. In this way, when a composite floor is pressed, it is ensured that the rubber roller and thesteel roller are always in full contact, so that bubbles can be eliminated, and the defective rate of products is reduced. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the multi-layer sound absorption floor.
