The invention discloses a multi-layer composite floor and a manufacturing process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of composite floors, the multi-layer composite floor comprises a composite floor base material, a positioning slot, a connecting positioning frame structure convenient to disassemble, a thermosetting resin layer, a printing layer, a wear-resistant layer and a waterproof high pad structure, and the positioning slot is formed in the right side of the composite floor base material; a connection positioning frame structure convenient to disassemble is embedded in the left side of the composite floor base material. A thermosetting resin layer is arranged at the upper part of the composite floor base material; a printing layer is arranged at the upper part of the thermosetting resin layer; a wear-resistant layer is arranged at the upper part of the printing layer; a waterproof high pad structure is arranged on the outer side of the composite floor base material. The limiting grooves are formed in the upper portion and the lower portion of the left side of the positioning inserting groove, the limiting groove in the left side of the positioning inserting groove can be conveniently used for limiting the rubber limiting block in the using process, and therefore it is avoided that floors on the two sides are easily disassembled after being in butt joint.
