The invention relates to the field of building wall construction, in particular to a building wall surface construction device which is capable of keeping the stability with a wall and improving the construction precision. The building wall surface construction device comprises a walking device and a construction terminal, wherein the walking device comprises a horizontal moving device and a lifting device; the horizontal moving device comprises a track; the lifting device is slidably arranged on the track; the construction terminal is connected with the lifting device and is provided with a wall adsorption device; and the construction terminal is provided with a movable mechanical arm. The horizontal moving device can be directly installed on a wall space or the top part of a building, and the construction terminal can be further stably connected with the wall space through the wall adsorption device so as to automatically construct a wall surface, so that the danger of manual operation is avoided; and the weight of the construction terminal is smaller than the weight of a hanging basket and a human body, and the fixed walking device is matched, so that the wall space constructionprecision can be improved.
