The invention discloses an intelligent tensioning method for a prestressed steel structure based on digital twinning, relates to the technical field of building information, and provides the intelligent tensioning method for solving the problems that a traditional tensioning safety control method for a large-span prestressed steel structure is poor in precision, low in intelligent degree, high insubjectivity, difficult to predict and the like. By means of the intelligent tensioning method for the prestressed steel structure based on digital twinning, the defects that the traditional inhaul cable tensioning safety control method is poor in precision and low in intelligent degree can be overcome to a certain extent. According to the method, digital twinning and artificial intelligence theories based on deep learning are adopted, and typical project tensioning is taken as an example, and theoretical and key technical support is provided for large-span prestressed steel structure tensioning safety construction.
本方法公开了基于数字孪生的预应力钢结构智能张拉方法涉及建筑信息技术领域,针对大跨度预应力钢结构传统张拉安全控制方法精度差、智能化程度低、主观性强、难以实现预测等问题提出一种智能张拉方法,本方法可在一定程度上解决传统拉索张拉安全控制方法精度差和智能化程度低的弊端。该方法采用数字孪生和基于深度学习的人工智能理论,以典型项目张拉为例。为大跨预应力钢结构张拉安全施工提供理论与关键技术支撑。
