The device comprises a calcining chamber, a cooling chamber, a jaw crusher, a ball milland an ultrafine powder screening machine, a cooling chamber is arranged at the discharge end of the calcining chamber; a stone conveyor is arranged at one end of the cooling chamber; the calcining chamber, the cooling chamber and the stone conveyor are in transmission connection through a rotary roller type conveyor; the jaw crusher is arranged at one end of the stone conveyor; wherein the discharging end of the jaw crusher is provided with the ball mill, the discharging end of the ball mill is provided with an ultrafine powder screening machine, the discharging end of the jaw crusher is connected with the feeding end of the ball mill through the stone conveying belt, and the discharging end of the ball mill is connected with a feeding port of the ultrafine powder screening machine through a powder pump. The ceramic moisturizing coating has a good antibacterial effect, can effectively improve the moisturizing effect and use strength of the surface of a coated object, has a good antioxidant effect, and greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the surface of the coated object.
