The hard blocks are symmetrically distributed with the through pipe as the center, a plurality of water passing pipes are installed on the hard blocks and evenly distributed, and a plurality of water outlets are formed in the water passing pipes. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the purpose of mixing water into a mixture in a stirring state can be achieved; a solid raw material and liquid raw material adding channel is mounted; and the stirring work of the hard blocks can be smoothly controlled.
