Shrinkage-compensating concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses shrinkage-compensating concrete which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 296 to 340 parts of cement, 708 to 768 parts of medium sand, 1025 to 1050 parts of broken stone, 30 to 45 parts of fly ash, 9.6 to 11.6 parts of an additive, 36 to 68 parts of an expanding agent, 150 to 160 parts of water, wherein the water-binder ratio is 0.33 to 0.43;the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring the medium sand, the gravels and the water to obtain a pre-mixture; S2, mixing and stirring cement, fly ash and an expanding agent with the pre-mixture to obtain an intermediate mixture; S3, mixing and stirring the admixture and the intermediate mixture to obtain cement mortar; and S4, putting the cement mortar into a mold, and curing the cement mortar under specific conditions to obtain the high-shrinkage-compensation concrete. The slump loss of the high-compensation shrinkage concrete is reduced, and the compressive strength of the concrete is improved.
