Shrinkage-compensating concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses shrinkage-compensating concrete and a preparation method thereof. The shrinkage-compensating concrete expanding agent is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, mineral powder, an alunite expanding agent, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, an additive, a nonionic surfactant, nano SiO2, zeolite and polypropylene fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, aggregate pretreatment; s2, preparing shrinkage-compensating concrete: preparing a polyvinyl alcohol fiber compound, adding nano SiO2 for surface adhesion, and cooling to room temperature for curing to obtain a component a; and mixing the component a with the alunite expanding agent, then adding the rest of other raw materials, and carrying out operations such as pouring and curing on the mixture according to building requirements, so as to obtain the shrinkage-compensating concrete. The concrete prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high strength, good anti-shrinkage effect and lasting crack resistance.
