High-performance machine-made sand concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-performance machine-made sand concrete, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The high-performance machine-made sand concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 310 to 380 parts of Portland cement, 80 to 100 parts of fly ash, 110 to 130 parts of mineral powder, 40 to 55 parts of silica fume, 600 to 780 parts of machine-made sand, 900 to 1160 parts of broken stone, 8 to 11 parts of an efficient water reducer and 135 to 165 parts of water. The preparation method of the high-performance machine-made sand concrete comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the raw materials according to the proportion, mixing the cement, mineral powder, coal ash, silica fume and machine-made sand, and stirring to obtain a mixed material; S2, adding 80% of water into the mixture obtained in the step S1, continuing to stir, then adding an efficient water reducer and the remaining 20% of water while stirring, and continuing to stir to obtain machine-made sand mortar; and S3, adding broken stone into the machine-made sand mortar obtained in the step S2, and continuously stirring to obtain the C80 machine-made sand concrete. The shortages of high viscosity, poor fluidity and difficulty in pumping of machine-made sand high-strength concrete are overcome.
