Machine-made sand high-performance concrete and preparation method thereof
The machine-made sand high-performance concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 210 to 390 parts of cement, 60 to 120 parts of fly ash, 20 to 60 parts of mineral powder, 20 to 60 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 780 to 850 parts of machine-made sand, 1000 to 1200 parts of stone and 140 to 160 parts of water. 0.04 to 0.2 part of coconut oil fatty acid sodium alanine; and 3.8-5.8 parts of a high-performance water reducing agent. The machine-made sand high-performance concrete can effectively reduce the use amount of additives, improve the working performances such as flowability, cohesiveness and water-retaining property of the machine-made sand concrete, and can effectively take good mechanical properties and long-term durability into account; and the related preparation method is relatively simple, relatively low in cost and suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种机制砂高性能混凝土,各原料及其所占重量份数包括:水泥210~390份,粉煤灰60~120份,矿粉20~60份,纳米碳酸钙20~60份,机制砂780~850份,石1000~1200份,水140~160;椰子油脂肪酸丙氨酸钠0.04~0.2份;高性能减水剂3.8~5.8份。所述机制砂高性能混凝土可有效降低外加剂的使用量,改善机制砂混凝土的流动性、粘聚性和保水性等工作性能,同时可有效兼顾良好的力学性能和长期耐久性能;且涉及的制备方法较简单、成本较低,适合推广应用。
