Mullite refractory castable for ultrahigh-temperature smelting
The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and particularly relates to a mullite refractory castable for ultrahigh-temperature smelting. The mullite refractory castable forultrahigh-temperature smelting is prepared from the following raw materials: mullite particles, fused quartz particles and andalusite-family particles, which serve as aggregates; fine mullite powder,fine monoclinic zirconium oxide powder, alpha-Al2O3 micro-powder and hydrated alumina, which serve as a matrix; a water reducing agent; and water. According to the invention, high-purity mullite is used as a main raw material a certain grain composition is adopted, and a proper binding agent and a proper dispersing agent are selected, so a refractory material with high fire resistance, good thermal shock resistance and molten liquid/slag corrosion resistance can be obtained; and the material can replace an existing carbon product which is easy to oxidize at high temperature, and meets smeltingworking conditions at an ultrahigh temperature of 1700 DEG C or above.
