CASTABLE REFRACTORY
To provide a castable refractory that does not require a special treatment, does not largely change a curing time as the time goes after production, prevents false coagulation, and can reduce temperature dependence of a curing time.SOLUTION: A castable refractory contains refractory raw materials, silica fume, and alumina cement as main raw materials, and polyacrylic acid-based compounds or polymethacrylic acid-based compounds as auxiliary raw materials, and a content of each of silica fume and alumina cement is 1 to 10 pts.mass and 1 to 10 pts.mass based on a total mass of the main raw materials. The alumina cement contains CaO Al2O3, CaO 2Al2O3, 12CaO 7Al2O3 and Al2O3, and a content of each of CaO 2Al2O3 and 12CaO 7Al2O3 is 10 to 30 pts.mass, 3 pts.mass or less (excluding zero pts.mass) based on the total mass of the alumina cement, and the content of polyacrylic acid compounds, if included, is 1 pt.mass or less (excluding zero pts.mass) based on the total mass of the main raw materials and the content of polymethacrylic acid-based compound, if contained, is 1 pt.mass or less (excluding zero pt.mass) based on the total mass of the main raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 特殊な処理をする必要がなく、製造後の経過時間とともに硬化時間が大きく変化することがなく、偽凝結を防ぎ、硬化時間の温度依存性を低減させることができるキャスタブル耐火物を提供すること。【解決手段】 キャスタブル耐火物は、主原料として耐火原料とシリカフュームとアルミナセメントとを含み、副原料としてポリアクリル酸系化合物又はポリメタクリル酸系化合物を含み、シリカフュームとアルミナセメントの含有量は主原料の合計質量に対してそれぞれ１～１０質量部、１～１０質量部であり、アルミナセメントはＣａＯ・Ａｌ２Ｏ３、ＣａＯ・２Ａｌ２Ｏ３、１２ＣａＯ・７Ａｌ２Ｏ３及びＡｌ２Ｏ３を含み、ＣａＯ・２Ａｌ２Ｏ３と１２ＣａＯ・７Ａｌ２Ｏ３の含有量はアルミナセメントの合計質量に対してそれぞれ１０～３０質量部、３質量部以下（ゼロ質量部を除く）であり、ポリアクリル酸系化合物の、含まれる場合の含有量は主原料の合計質量に対して１質量部以下（ゼロ質量部を除く）であり、ポリメタクリル酸系化合物の、含まれる場合の含有量は主原料の合計質量に対して１質量部以下（ゼロ質量部を除く）である。【選択図】 なし
