Prefabricated pier with spiral stirrups and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated pier with spiral stirrups and a construction method of the prefabricated pier. The prefabricated pier comprises a pier body, and a bent cap and a bearing platform are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the pier body respectively. The construction method comprises the following steps of: fixing longitudinal main reinforcements and connecting components on a steel reinforcement jig frame, arranging a machine to fix the outlet positions of the spiral stirrups, fixing the end parts of the spiral stirrups on the longitudinal main reinforcements, rotating the steel reinforcement jig frame, and uniformly and horizontally moving to finish the arrangement of the spiral stirrups; supplementing reinforcing stirrups to the longitudinal main reinforcements, and completing the manufacturing of a reinforcement cage; placing the reinforcement cage in the formwork to be poured to form a pier body, and transporting the pier body to the site to be hoisted and installed after maintenance. The number of the spiral stirrups is reduced, so that in the prefabricating process of the pier body, the occupied time for binding and fixing the spiral stirrups is reduced, and the production efficiency of the prefabricated pier body is improved.
