The invention discloses a buffering, decelerating and height-limiting rod, which comprises a supporting beam, supporting corners, supporting columns, a warning disc, a supporting frame, protective sponge and a sliding part. The left end and the right end of the supporting beam are each fastened with a supporting corner through a bolt and a nut; the bottom ends of the two supporting corners are each fastened with a vertical supporting column through a bolt and a nut; and the supporting beam, the supporting corners and the supporting columns are formed by cutting and welding steel pipes. According to the invention, a traditional steel structure connection mode is adopted; therefore, different limiting heights can be adjusted by replacing the supporting columns with different heights; the functions of decelerating and buffering an impacted vehicle can be realized; by means of the design, certain damage to a vehicle, a driver and the height limiting rod can be reduced, certain property loss can be reduced, the life safety of the driver is guaranteed, maintenance and repair are convenient, faults can be rapidly removed, normal work of the height limiting rod is guaranteed, and the service life of the height limiting rod is prolonged.
