The invention discloses a vertical prefabricated process of an underground comprehensive pipe gallery. The vertical prefabricated process comprises the following steps of prefabricated formwork assembly, pipe gallery reinforcement framework binding, pipe gallery reinforcement framework hoisting, embedded part construction and concrete pouring. When the prefabricated formwork assembly process is carried out, inner formworks and outer formworks are assembled firstly, then the outer formworks are installed on bottom formworks, that is, the bottoms of vertical ribs of each outer formwork plate areconnected with the corresponding bottom formwork through inclined pull rods, the inner formworks are mounted on the inner sides of the bottom formworks, that is, the bottoms of vertical ribs of eachinner formwork are connected with the corresponding bottom formwork through inclined pull rods, top formworks are hoisted and placed in place, that is, each top formwork is placed between the top of each inner formwork and the top of each outer formwork, the upper portion of the vertical rib of each inner formwork and the upper portion of the vertical rib of the corresponding outer formwork are connected in a opposite pulling manner through pull strips to enable the top of each inner formwork and the top of each outer formwork to clamp each top formwork, and the elevation of the top formworksis controlled through square steel on the top formworks. The vertical prefabricated process has the advantages of energy conservation, greenness, environmental protection and the like.
