The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a vertical prefabricated formwork of an underground comprehensive pipe gallery. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of bottom formwork manufacturing, top formwork manufacturing, outer formwork manufacturing, inner formwork manufacturing and formwork assembling; the bottom formwork manufacturing step sequentially comprises bottom forming formwork manufacturing, primary impression formwork manufacturing and secondary impression formwork manufacturing; when the bottom forming formwork manufacturing procedure is carried out, a bottom forming formwork frame is assembled on a leveling steel plate; when the primary impression formwork manufacturing procedure is carried out, a primary impression formwork steel frame is assembled on the topsurface of the bottom forming formwork by adopting the impression process, and then the primary impression formwork steel frame is filled with pouring concrete; when the secondary impression formworkmanufacturing procedure is carried out, the secondary impression steel frame is assembled on the top surface of the primary impression formwork by adopting the impression process, and then the secondary impression formwork steel frame is filled with poured concrete; and when the top formwork manufacturing step is carried out, a top formwork steel frame is assembled on the top surface of the bottom forming formwork, and then the top formwork steel frame is filled with pouring concrete.
