The invention discloses a rainwater collection device for a municipal garden based on a rainwater recycling technology. The rainwater collection device comprises an adjusting lake, wherein a drainageslope sleeves the edge of the top end of the adjusting lake; a plane slope sleeves the outer side of the drainage slope; a slope lawn is arranged on the drainage slope; a garden green plant zone is arranged on the plane slope; a road body is arranged on one side of the plane slope; a water collection device is embedded into the road body; a plurality of watering disc mechanisms are uniformly arranged above a water supply pipe; water in the adjusting lake is pumped through an irrigation pump, so that lake water is injected into the water supply pipe through a first water pipe, and then is injected into the watering disc mechanisms through vertical pipes; finally, the slope lawn and rhizomes of the garden green plant zone are directly irrigated through the watering disc mechanisms, so that the collection and recycling of rainwater are realized; waterlogging caused by heavy rain can be adjusted and a city is prevented from being submerged by the rainwater; and urban garden vegetation is irrigated by utilizing the rainwater, so that the consumption of a water source can be effectively reduced, rainwater resources are sufficiently utilized and the pressure of water source shortage is alleviated.
