The invention discloses a waste water pipeline blockage cleaning device capable of adjusting the mode according to blockage objects. A body box is included. An advancing wheel cavity with an outward opening is symmetrically formed in the body box up and down. The inner side of the advancing wheel cavity is provided with a motor fixedly connected with the body box. The left end wall of the motor isfixedly connected with a drive shaft leftwards extending to the outside. The rear side of the advancing wheel cavity is provided with a push block cavity in a communication manner. The rear side of the push block cavity is provided with a sliding belt wheel cavity in a communication manner. A push block spring extrudes a push block so that it can be guaranteed that an advancing wheel is constantly closely attached to the inner wall of a pipeline, the waste water pipeline blockage cleaning device is applicable to pipelines different in inner diameter while stable advancing of the body box is guaranteed, and applicability is higher. A blockage cleaning box is used for driving a blockage cleaning rod to rotate so that blockage objects easy to twist can be collected in the advancing process and blockage cleaning can be finished; and for the blocky blockage objects, the blocky blockage objects can be crushed through the reciprocating motion of the blockage cleaning rod so that the blockagecleaning effect can be achieved, and accordingly different blockage cleaning operation can be implemented for different blockage object types.
