Metal roof windproof system
The invention discloses a metal roof windproof system. An anti-disengaging liner plate is composed of a supporting plate, a tile meshing piece and a bottom plate. The supporting plate is welded to thetile meshing piece. The bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the tile meshing piece. A connecting plate is divided into a main plate, a left stand column and a right stand column. A concentric-square-shaped piece is arranged at the top end of the left stand column, a zigzag piece is arranged at the bottom of the right stand column, and the top is provided with a tile meshing piece. Left stand columns and right stand columns of two connecting plates are connected. The concentric-square-shaped piece of the left stand column and the tile meshing piece of the right stand column are hooked and nested and are welded together. The tile meshing piece of the anti-disengaging liner plate and the zigzag piece at the bottom of the right stand column are hooked and nested and are welded together.The bottom plate is fixed to a roof through bolts. By adoption of the structure that the connecting plate and the anti-disengaging liner plate are matched, single roof main purlines are connected into a whole, under the action of heavy wind, the stress strength of various single bodies is reduced, and the fastening strength between the connecting plate and the anti-disengaging liner plate is enhanced by adopting hooking and nesting and welding manners.
本发明公开了一种金属屋面防风系统,防脱落衬板由撑板、瓦片咬合件和底板组成,所述撑板焊接在瓦片咬合件上,在瓦片咬合件底部设有底板;所述连接板分为主板、左立柱和右立柱三部分,所述左立柱顶端设有回形件,所述右立柱底部设有曲折件,顶部设有瓦片咬合件,两连接板的左立柱和右立柱相互连接,左立柱的回形件与右立柱的瓦片咬合件相互勾嵌,并焊接在一起,所述防脱落衬板的瓦片咬合件与右立柱底部的曲折件勾嵌,并焊接在一起,其底板通过螺栓固定在屋面上。本发明通过采用连接板和防脱落衬板相互配合的结构,将单个的屋顶主檩条相连成一个整体,在大风作用下,减小各个单体的受力强度,通过采用勾嵌、焊接的方式增加连接板与防脱落衬板之间的紧固强度。
