The system comprises a photovoltaic panel mounting bracket and a photovoltaic panel paving mechanism, the photovoltaic panel paving mechanism is mounted behind the photovoltaic panel mounting bracket, the photovoltaic panel mounting bracket comprises a supporting base, and a plurality of rectangular photovoltaic panel frame structures consisting of channel steel, square steel and battens are fixedly mounted on the supporting base; the photovoltaic panel paving mechanism comprises a movable bottom plate, a sliding support slidably mounted on the movable bottom plate, a sliding groove seat rotatably mounted on the top of the sliding support, a movable seat slidably mounted on the sliding groove seat and a photovoltaic panel clamping and mounting mechanism rotatably mounted on the movable seat. The photovoltaic panels are installed on the photovoltaic support through the photovoltaic panel paving mechanism, and the photovoltaic panels are connected in a closed mode.
