Automatic spraying and rolling brushing robot
The invention discloses an automatic spraying and rolling brushing robot. The automatic spraying and rolling brushing robot comprises a vehicle body base, wheels, a mechanical arm, a mounting plate, arolling brush mounting frame, a rolling brush, a spraying head mounting plate, a spraying head, a coating stirring barrel, a slurry pump, a stirring head, a coating conveying pipe and a distance sensor. The stirring head stirs a coating to keep the coating in a uniform state, the coating is pumped into the spraying head through the slurry pump to be sprayed, the spraying head uniformly sprays thecoating to a wall, the coating is brushed through the rolling brush, the mechanical arm can drive the mounting plate to move to correspond to different heights, the wheels drive the vehicle body baseto move so as to drive the mounting plate to move, and then the wall surface is brushed and sprayed in the length direction. The distance between the vehicle body base and the wall is controlled through the distance sensor so as to be matched with the mechanical arm to enable the rolling brush to be attached to the wall all the time. Compared with the prior art, the automatic spraying and rollingbrushing robot has the advantages that the rolling brushing engineering is automated, so that the workload of workers is reduced, the labor cost is reduced, and the health of the workers is guaranteed.
