The invention provides a turnover wall connecting piece for a basement exterior wall and a construction method thereof. The turnover wall connecting piece for the basement exterior wall comprises a water stop bolt. A conical nut, reserved on a wall section, of the water stop bolt is used as a wall pulling end, and double faces of the conical nut are provided with threads. The turnover wall connecting piece for the basement exterior wall further comprises a threading screw rod, a screw cap, a wall pulling pipe, a tubular cushion block and a first gasket. The wall pulling pipe is parallel to thewall facade, and the threading screw rod is perpendicular to the wall fa ade. One end of the threading screw rod penetrates through the upper portion of the wall pulling pipe and is fastened throughthe screw cap, and the other end of the threading screw rod is sequentially sleeved with the tubular cushion block and screwed into the conical nut through the first gasket. Correspondingly, one end of the tubular cushion block abuts against the wall pulling pipe, and the other end of the tubular cushion block abuts against the first gasket to enable the first gasket to press the corresponding endface of the conical nut. The lower portion of the wall pulling pipe is fixedly connected with an external scaffold in a detachable manner. Compared with the prior art, operation is easy and convenient, the wall connecting piece is installed at any time when the external scaffold is erected, a scaffold body is firm, the construction cost is saved, materials can be recycled, and the material cost is saved.
本发明提供一种地下室外墙可周转连墙件及其施工方法，包括止水螺栓，以止水螺栓留在墙体段的锥形螺母为拉墙端，锥形螺母双面带丝；包括套丝螺杆、螺帽、拉墙管、管型垫块和第一垫片；拉墙管与墙体外立面平行，套丝螺杆与墙体外立面垂直，套丝螺杆一端贯穿拉墙管的上部通过螺帽紧固，另一端依次套接管型垫块、经第一垫片拧入所述锥形螺母；相应的，管型垫块的一端顶于拉墙管，一端顶于第一垫片使第一垫片压紧锥形螺母的相应端面；拉墙管的下部与外脚手架以可拆卸方式固定连接。与现有技术相比，本发明操作简便，搭设外脚手架时随时安装连墙件，架体牢固，节约施工成本，材料可周转，节约物料费。
